The National Journal of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology (JEEIT) is an open journal based on scientific research. This journal is expected to enable the dissemination of quality scientific information quickly throughout the country.
DTETI has a reference room that serves the reference needs of students and teaching staff located on Level 1 DTETI FT UGM. Currently there are more than 694 book titles with a total of 1018 copies, 11 titles of IEEE magazines / journals with a total of 1924 copies and more than 2100 student thesis titles.
The reference room is also equipped with a photocopier to meet the needs of students and the Department's needs. This Reference Room is open from 07.00 to 16.00 WIB.
ITSU is an information technology service center in DTETI UGM. ITSU's mission is to provide information technology services for the entire DTETI academic community and to participate in the development and utilization of information technology within UGM.
Installation of several wireless access points for internet connections (hotspots) in DTETI from the 1st to 3rd floor has been done so that the academic community is expected to be able to easily access up-to-date information that supports teaching and learning activities.
At DTETI UGM, toilet facilities are provided on each southwest and northeast side of the building for each floor both for boys and girls so that a total of 6 toilets in one building
Musholla DTETI UGM is on the eastern side of the building of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology. This mosque is equipped with a mini library that strongly supports religious activities in the Department of Electrical and Information Engineering.
Parking locations for 2-wheeled vehicles are to the south and east of the building. The southern part of the parking lot is equipped with roof, conblock, and safety door. Whereas parking in the east is equipped with conblocks and safety doors. This parking area is guarded by guards, normally at 07.00-16.00 WIB.
The security system in the form of CCTV has been available in all corners of the DTETI building so that it can increase the awareness of the academic community. Then a light fire extinguisher (APAR) has been provided in almost all laboratories and work spaces and audits are conducted every 3 months
