During the exchange period, the academic activities of students are recognized as long as they can be proven by adequate academic documents and in accordance with the criteria of achievement of the course in accordance with the prevailing curriculum. Recognition of credit transfers from universities outside UGM was conducted through academic meetings attended by Kaprodi and the Head of The Departmental Unit (KUD) curriculum and quality assurance with the Head of The Group of Expertise (KBK)
