Reregistrations

Each semester, students must complete reregistration process by paying the Tuition Fee (UKT/Uang Kuliah Tunggal).

Students will be considered inactive if the reregistration process is not completed. Read more about delayed registration submission procedure.

Freshmen Student KRS Submission (Semester 1)

Freshmen student (semester 1) have no need to submit online KRS because it will be set by default package. Freshmen student only have to submit the administration requirements to the Student Service Unit.

Senior Students KRS Submission (Semester 2 and above)

Senior Students (semester 2 and above) must submit online self KRS via Palawa Academic Portal each semester on the schedule that has been set before the new semester starts, and after the tuition fee payment/registration is completed.

Reregistration

Each students must complete reregistration in the following way.

  1. Submit reregistration form equipped with 3x4 cm photo (color/black and white)
  2. KRS print out that has been signed by Academic Adviser Lecturer.

Upload both requirement files into http://sarjana.jteti.ugm.ac.id/akademik/penjelasan-aktivitas-akademik/registrasi/ on the beginning of each semester. Reregistration form and submission due date will be updated each semester on Academic Announcement.

Delayed Registration

Students who are late to complete the registration/tuition fee payment will be considered inactive. If the student willing to make a delayed registration/payment request, it should be done by the following.

Each student should make an application letter and submit the following administration requirements to the Student Service Unit:

  1. Delayed Registration Letter from the Faculty
  2. Photocopy of student card (and show the original student card)

If the request is accepted, the student must complete the tuition fee payment and legalize the new student card.
